At Limitless, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth customer experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines when returns, exchanges, or refunds may be available.


Returns

We accept returns under certain conditions.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

If these conditions are met, we may offer an exchange or store credit.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

However, we may offer an exchange or store credit if the item:

  • Is unused

  • Is returned within 14 days

  • Is in its original condition and packaging

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Please contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • Proof of purchase

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Once we review the issue, we will arrange an appropriate solution which may include:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Full refund


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Used or opened items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Perishable goods


Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
